Eric acredits Airman Leadership School through the United States Air Force for his start to better understand himself, others and leadership. It was also the catalyst that propelled him into a greater desire to study psychology, studies he plans to continue for a lifetime. When asked why a lifetime, he replied with a quote from Eric Hoffer, “Learners shall inherit the earth, while the learned find themselves beautifully equipped to deal with a world that no longer exists.”
